Abstract: This book focuses on showing a descriptive analysis of work expe-rience, level of academic training, training and other knowledge as requirements established by Peruvian public institutions for the hiring of professionals related to information technology, comput-ing or systems. It is proposed to identify the types of work experi-ence and minimum training levels required for hiring, determine the percentage of calls that require each type of experience, deter-mine the percentage of calls that require each level of training as a minimum, determine the types of job training minimum required, the proportions in which they are demanded and their characteris-tics, finally, determine the complementary knowledge required. The call data was obtained through data scraping techniques published on the internet, storing these in a repository, technological business intelligence techniques were applied for the extraction, transforma-tion and loading of data to a repository implemented under a dimen-sional scheme for data analysis, which allowed obtaining the objec-tive information. Three types of experience were identified: general, specific and in the public sector, as well as seven levels of training: student, graduate, bachelor, graduate, titled and collegiate, master, doctorate. The most required experience scheme considered gener-al and specific experience at the same time and represented 54% of the calls. Professionals with a “bachelor” level were able to apply to 55.7% of calls, while those with a “graduate” level were able to apply to 98.76% of calls. The training requirement “course or diploma” was the most requested, covering 42.63% of all calls..
