Conocimiento sobre el uso de los puntos azules por parte de los vendedores de droguerías del barrio Vallegrande en Santiago de Cali

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out about the reasons for the use of the Blue Points by drug dealers in the Vallegrande district. The aim is to identify whether the blue dot is a tool used for the collection of leftover medicines in the drugstores of that neighborhood, helping to conserve health, the ecosystem and the compliance with the standard of comprehensive management of hospital waste and the like, Decree 2676 of December 22, 2000, (Chapter III). This project was carried out through surveys, and training to drugstore staff which allows to know about the appropriate use for the collection of expired and partially consumed drugs by drug store vendors of the Neighborhood Valley large in the city of Santiago de Cali. It is important to know the information that the staff of pharmaceutical establishments have to determine what are the factors that affect the non-use of this method of disposal of medicines and therefore be able to have the opportunity to contribute information for future studies and research to create strategies aimed at educating the population on the issue of the use of blue dots and thereby improving people's quality of life.
