Aplicación del principio de legalidad penal en la justicia transicional en Colombia

Abstract

This document includes an analysis of the principle of criminal legality guided to the transitional justice applied in the Acuerdo de Paz, signed by the Colombian Government and the FARC, from a doctrinal and jurisprudential perspective. That study is seeking to establish the framework of the transitional justice and the principle of criminal legality in Colombia, emphasizing in the decisions the Corte Constitucional has made about that principle, and evaluating its position on the principle of legality of transitional justice against the constitutionality block.
