Reconocimiento de los líderes sociales como víctimas en la justicia especial para la paz en Colombia

Abstract

The general objective of this article is to analyze the progress in the recognition of social leaders as victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, for this, a bibliographic review was carried out that includes academic research, articles, laws, norms, Likewise, in order to achieve the general objective, three specific objectives were set out that are developed throughout the article. Throughout the history of Colombia, there have been several attempts by the government to vindicate the fundamental rights of victims of armed conflict and social leaders, Law 418 of 1997 created the system of transitional justice which involves all the actors of the armed conflict to find a solution with protection of the rights to truth, justice and guarantees of non-repetition
